SHIPPING & HANDLING
We normally ship our dog clothes within 2
working days of order.
Shipping & Handling USPS
Ground is $5.00 per order. Orders over $100.00 shipped USPS ground are
FREE SHIPPING within the U.S.
Shipping & Handling USPS Priority Mail
with delivery confirmation number is $7.00. USPS Priority Mail delivers within
2 - 3 days.
Shipping & Handling UPS
Ground is $8.00 per order. Some of our shippers require UPS Ground,
which will be noted on the item page.
We may also ship via UPS 2nd day or next day
with additional freight fees.
RETURN POLICY
We stand by our products. We accept
returns or exchanges up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returned items must
be in original packaging and condition with tags and labels. The item must be
returned within 30 days for a merchandise exchange or store credit. Store
credits are good for one year from date of issue.
We do not accept returned dog clothing that has
been used or damaged.
If there is a manufacturer
defect we will make a complete refund.
Return or exchange not for
manufacturer defect, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs
and we will either issue an exchange or store credit.
Please
measure your pet carefully. We supply a size chart for each item. Please use
the size chart that is with your desired item. The manufacturers use different
sizing, which makes it necessary to use the size chart indicated on your item
page.

determined base on both the package’s weight and dimensions. We offer a 35%
discount on Fed-Ex's shipping charge.
RETURNS
CELLTEI PET CARRIERS
WARRANTY
Celltei carriers come with one-year warranty that
covers all manufacturing parts and pieces. Please note that this warranty does
not cover damage inflicted by pets, such as tearing, scratching, staining, or
chewing.
REPAIRS
If your naughty one has damaged the carrier, you
can contact us for repair. Fees for repair range from $30 to $80. If the
damage cannot be repaired, we may offer you a replacement at a discounted
price.
EXCHANGE
Give us a call! We can help you find the right
size, style or design. We will charge or refund you the price difference with
additional shipping and send you the right product immediately. Please return
the item within 10 days from the date you request an exchange.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Simply write down the reason for the return on the
invoice and send us the item in the same condition within two weeks from the
date you receive it. A refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the date
we receive your return. Please note that shipping charge is not refundable and
a 10% restocking fee for return will be charged. Refunds/credits will be made
to the original form of payment and send your return to:
